Stamp Collector is freeware stamp organizer program. It can be a great help in managing and cataloging your stamps. With the software you can enter in a wide variety of stamp specific data such as country, grade, condition, location, type, perforation, watermark, value, and purchase price. In addition, you can add a picture of each stamp in .jpg or .gif format. This will make it easier to find and recognize stamps as you browse through your collection. The user interface is fairly simple with most of the data and functions visible on the main screen. You can search your collection, sort by the stamp name or country, as well as use tabs to view specific categories of stamps. Larger text fields allow you to type in longer free form details such as a description or history of the stamp. Some of the program can be customized if you would like to track other data than the default values. For example, if you would rather track edge than format you can quickly make this change and the program will remember it next time you start it up. Other features included in this freeware program include printable reports, exporting of data, and help.
